today is FLAG DAY!
yeah, went around orchard to ask for donations.
we, as in me, muneera, ruth and andrea, went to 3 places altogether.
first, we went to raffles place, where all the hustles and bustles are there, and its the land of working people!
they are like walking up and down up and down, so duh, thats the most suitable place to ask for donations.
initially, it was kinda embarassing to ask for donations.
cos its like i dont know how to start the conversation, or ask strangers.
yeah, but then when some donations came in, so did my confidence:D
yeah! so people out there, if you see anyone asking for donations, pls donate k?
like coins as little as 10cents to $1 also can.
as long as it gives a little extra weight to their cans.
the weight would give them more confidence you know?
so you're not only helping the poor, but also helping the one asking for donations:D
yupp, second place, we went to shenton way.
WHOA, it is so not the place to ask for donations.
there was not a SINGLE soul there okay?
we thought we were lost, but we hacked care, cos we cared more about filling the cans:D
yeah, then we walked from shenton way to tanjong pagar, to raffles again.
like wth, you can actually walk from raffles to shenton way, why do you need MRT?
waste money.
third place, we went to orchard road, to try to look for meifie, actually, only ruth and andrea went to look for her, cos they "gave up" asking for donations and went to read their newspaper.
hahas.
yeah, it left me and muneera walking round orchard aimlessly.
then came in brenda kho, yeah, coincidence?
its okay, 1/2 hr passed by like this, and we were let off!
WHOOOOOOO!
went to walk walk with cousy, walked from penni(sula) plaza, to raffles city, to far east.
AHHHHHH!
heres the lame convo, cos we were plain bored.
Me: You got wisdom teeth already?
Jia: Nope, cos im not wise enough.
Me: no lor, only if you are stupid, your wisdom tooth will come out.
Jia: huh? why?
Me: Cos once the wisdom tooth comes out, and the dentist plucks it away, you wont be wise anymore.
Jia: ohhhhh...
Me: yah, so you are not stupid:D
Jia: :D

but its okay, cos among the hosts for campus superstar 3, i will still support you Pornsak! haha. heres a picture of pornsak for those out there who dont know him.
the one far left. he is like the funny guy, and who dont like funny people?
btw, dont you think that the guy at the far right has nice eyebrows? not that i want them of course.
